Why Now?
Why Now?

2020 uprooted and disassembled my world in an unprecedented manner.
2021 did a number as well. Then 2022 had it's own challenges while 2023 kept a certain base beat to the rhythm of life. By 2024 I became certain we were all going to need a mindset shift from "the way it was" to the way it will be (for a while it seems) --- "now."
All of this difficult as I'd already been in the mental health field for a decent number of years. Surely we could all pull together and get through. And I think many did. I think we still are.
To that end, I endeavored to create a sustainable practice of service to the larger community.
By combining lessons learned (from both the practice and living in a very rural and remote region of the United States) I developed theories for sustainable change that may not need technology for resource.
These interventions strategically target the resolution of central nervous system disruption due to excessive and prolonged stress/stimulus. Difficulties may include, but are not limited to, complex grief and loss.
Because Nature held my journey with such Honest Mercy --
I do believe this country holds a Wild and Beautiful resource just within our reach.
Let's find - together - continued combining of those eternal Truths.
With the endless creativity of Wisdom
and our own Soulful contribution to this hurting world
I think we can *all* find a way to do The Next Right Thing.
Hands to Heart Center,
Dr. Jen
“A bit of advice given to a young Native American
at the time of his initiation:
"As you go the way of life,
you will see a great chasm.
Jump.
It is not as wide as you think."
